Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our floral pieces are handcrafted, perishable, and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If you have any concerns about your order, they must be communicated at the time of pickup. Once an item has been accepted and leaves our care, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements. Fresh florals are delicate by nature and we cannot account for wear, movement, dancing, or other activity that may cause flowers to shift or detach during your event.

We take great pride in the quality of every piece we create and are happy to address any concerns before you leave with your order!
