Delivery + Setup

Our event service tiers are designed to support the delivery, setup, installation, and transition of your floral order based on its size, complexity, and logistical needs. Select the tier that best aligns with your order, and we will confirm final service details during your refinement call.

Available Service Tiers:

Tier 1 — Delivery
Our standard delivery option for smaller à la carte orders up to $500. Best suited for bouquets, wearables, bud vases, and other smaller floral pieces.
Includes delivery only. Setup or installation is not included.

Tier 2 — Expanded Delivery
Designed for à la carte orders up to $1,000 that require a bit more volume, care, or coordination. Ideal for personal flowers, bud vases, smaller arrangements, candles, and select rentals.
Includes delivery to your getting-ready location, venue, or designated drop-off point. If personal flowers are included, we will distribute and apply wearable florals for those receiving them.

Tier 3 — Delivery + Setup / Light Installation
Designed for orders over $1,000 or floral orders requiring onsite setup or light installation. Ideal for table florals, ceremony arrangements, candles, signage, and larger floral moments.
Includes delivery, setup, and light installation.

Tier 4 — Delivery + Setup + Installation + Repurposing
Our most comprehensive service tier for weddings or events requiring setup, installation, and floral repurposing. Ideal for ceremonies transitioning into receptions or designs that require intentional movement between spaces.
Repurposing is timeline-dependent and may require additional labor, time, or team members to execute properly.

Please note:
Final pricing for all event service tiers will be confirmed during your refinement call based on installation complexity, timing, stairs, multiple delivery locations, venue restrictions, strike requirements, or if additional team members are needed. Additional fees may apply where necessary.
